In the panel, set Server Jar File to the exact filename you uploaded (e.g. paper.jar or neoforge-*.jar) and restart. Don’t include paths—just the filename. If you ran an installer JAR, point to the generated runnable JAR in the root.
Check version alignment: Minecraft, modloader (Forge/Fabric/NeoForge), and each mod must match. Remove the last few added mods and restart; watch the final 50 console lines for “missing dependency” or “wrong environment” errors.
Reduce render distance, cap entity cramming, and schedule automatic restarts. Consider Paper/Purpur for better performance. If your world is busy or modded, upgrading RAM/CPU in Billing can help.
Use the panel’s Backups page to take a snapshot before big changes. To restore, stop the server, restore the snapshot, then start. If you’re stuck, open a Discord ticket and tell us the backup name.
